How to Continue Ff15 After You Beat It
There are 2 endings, the "real" ending is the one where u can't continue and the alternate ending is the one in which you can continue, won't spoil it tho.

Oh so you played the game already, thought u were new, anyways yes if you picked the one where you crash the plane it is the one in which you can't continue.
That's what i did, but i didn't even know you could pick a ending, i ended crashing the plane because i thoughts i had too :c

I didn't actually finish the game yet beacuse I have so much fun with building and stuff, but I suggest you watch a tutorial of how to do the alternate ending.

Oh I meant watch till the part where you execute the ending, then do it and watch the ending on your screen.

they don't remove them
the alternate ending is pretty hard to miss tho.
next to console to shot down plane there is big flashy "shutdown" in order to disable obelisk and continue game (did you finish game before 1.0?)

Well the console is pretty hidden from what i've seen in yt hahaha :p didn't notice it
You could just save the game to 2 different save files, if a save file asks you if you want to overwrite the save then it's not the one your currently on, even if both save files are exact copies, so when you get the ending that you can't continue off of it'll delete one of those saves, but you'll still have it, if the last save file you "overwrote" is further from the left than the other save file then the save file that's closer to the left than the other copy is still there

The game doesn't remove your saves unless you use hardcore gamemode (and that's on second death in the same game session)
If you beat game with "can't continue" ending, then you are simply back to main menu and can load this save from last save point (wherever you saved it last)

Oh, well people were making it sound like the game goes the extra mile with rEaLiSiM and deleted your save, I knew Hardcore mode deleted the save I just thought that there was an ending which deleted a save
What I mean by "realism" is because we know the person you play as is never going back to that island, so it deletes your save because NG+ saves can be explained as "the player stays here" or something like that
Also also I know the game doesn't have a "New Game Plus" feature, but that's basically what loading your last save is
